According to current legislation, drinks containing up to 0.5% alcohol are permitted to be designated as alcohol-free.

LIGHT live has significantly less alcohol. Often, foods that many pregnant women eat or drink every day, such as apple juice, contain more alcohol. Ripe bananas also contain alcohol levels that exceed the amounts in LIGHT live. This alcohol content is of course very carefully monitored through our quality control process.

Therefore, a glas of LIGHT live is perfect to enjoy the beautiful moments and happenings in life if you consider a moderate consumption.

However, they may still pose a risk to recovering alcoholics because they may be stimulated by other things than the alcohol content itself. We recommend asking your doctor before drinking our products.

The de-alcoholisation process in our cutting-edge facility is very gentle: the substances in the wine largely remain intact so that the aroma can continue to develop. We use fruity, full-bodied, well-balanced and alcohol-free wines from select terroirs as the basis for our LIGHT live products.

Depending on the variety, our non-alcoholic products are then finished with grape must and/or rectified concentrated grape must, as well as select natural flavourings, giving them their unique taste.

Choice wines from select terroirs are used to make LIGHT live products. The alcohol is removed from the basic wine through a special, gentle process. To do this, we use a cutting-edge vacuum distillation system, which is largely able to maintain the complex aroma profile of the wines.

In the vacuum distillation system, the boiling point is lowered and the wine’s natural alcohol evaporates at 35°C. The method is very gentle: the substances in the wine largely remain intact so that the aroma can continue to develop fully.
